What was found
(CAN) PITCH TRIM FAILED IN-FLIGHT. SUBSEQUENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT BOTH UPLIMIT SWITCH ACTUATORS WERE STICKING. SWITCHES CLEANED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
