What was found
(CAN) T/R PEDAL ASSY REMOVED FOR 0/H. UPON DISASSEMBLY INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE TORQUE TUBE. THE CRACK PROPAGATED FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE CENTER HOLE WHERE THE CONTROL ROD BELLCRANK ATTACHES.
