(CAN) SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE CREW NOTICED A VIBRATION COMING FROM THE AILERONS AND TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE CONTROL WHEELS. SPEED REDUCED AND RETURNED TO BLOCKS. AILERON PANEL LOOSE, ATTACHED WITH WRONG SCREWS, ALL PANELS CHECKED FOR PROPER SCREWS, SCREWS REPLACED.
