(CAN) DURING CLIMB-OUT, THE FLIGHT CREW OBSERVED THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE AT 'MAX'. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE WHERE MAINTENANCE TRACED THE PROBLEM TO THE VERNATHERM FOR THE OIL COOLER DOOR.
