(CAN) IN CRUISE, SMOKE COMING FROM AREA NEAR CENTER OVEN REAR GALLEY. ALL OVENS SHUT OFF, CIRCUIT BREAKERS PULLED. SMOKE DISSIPATED, OVENS LEFT OFF FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT. NR 2 RIGHT FAN BURNT AND SEIZED, REPLACED.
