(CAN) THE HUB OF THE BLOWER WAS FOUND CRACKED AND SEVERELY DAMAGED DUE TO POSSIBLE MOVEMENT OF THE BLOWER ALONG THE SHAFTS SURFACE. THE TWO TOUCHING PIECES HAVE SCORES AND TRANSPOSED METAL. PIECES SENT TO MFG FOR INVESTIGATION (MATERIAL OR OTHERWISE). PARTS REPLACED.
