(CAN) CREW REPORTED NR 1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR HAD FAILED AFTER TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT RETURNED FOR REPAIRS. REPLACED NR 1 OIL TEMPERATURE BULB AND RUN-UP CARRIED OUT SERVICEABLE.
