What was found
(CAN) TWO LOCKING EXPANSION PLUGS FOR EACH BLADE ALL WERE FOUND NOT INSTALLED. LOCKING EXPANSION PLUGS ARE USED TO LOCK THE BLADES TO THE HUB . THIS IS AN O/H OVERSIGHT AND A MAINTENANCE ISSUE.
