INSPECTION FOUND A 2.5" CRACK IN R/H W/W FORWARD DOOR JAMB CHANNEL, O/B OF CENTER SPLICE. THE DOOR JAMB CHANNEL WAS REMOVED AND A NEW CHANNEL WAS INSTALLED IAW SRM 51-30-0.
