INSPECTION FOUND L/H WING #1 I/B FLAP VANE DENTED AND PUNCTURED. THE DAMAGED AREA OF SKIN WAS CUT OUT. FILLERS AND A DOUBLER WERE INSTALLED IAW SRM 57-03 AND 51-70-2.
