INSPECTION FOUND A 1 INCH CRACK IN AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT FORWARD BULKHEAD PANEL SUPPORT LOWER SECTION ANGLE APPROXIMATELY 8 INCHES ABOVE CARGO FLOOR SURFACE. A REPAIR ANGLE WAS INSTALLED IAW SRM 51-70-11.
