RUDDER TRIM FAILED TO TRIM IN RIGHT DIRECTION. UNABLE TO MOVE RUDDER TRIM TO THE NOSE RIGHT POSITION. REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR, STILL FAILS, DRIVES NOSE LT. RECHECKED WIRING FOUND POWER BAD ON RT TRIM COMMAND. REPLACED P8 CONTROL PANEL.
