FOUND THE PRE SELECT FILL OVERFILL CABLE BAD. THE CABLE END IS FRAYED AND CABLE IS VERY LOOSE. WATER SERVICE IS NORMAL FROM FWD WATER SERVICE PANEL (ELECTRIC) PROBLEM IS WITH AFT (MANUAL CABLE) SERVICE PANEL. COMPLIED WITH MEL. OPS CKS GOOD.
