L3 DOOR OVERHEAD EXIT ANNUNCIATOR FELL DOWN ON TAXI OUT. LOOKS LIKE IT WAS RIGGED WITH SAFETY WIRE PREVIOUSLY. REPLACED LOCK PINS, ANNUNCIATOR SECURED. ALL OPS CHECKED OK.
