RETURN TO FIELD. POST DEPARTURE LOUD NOISE RESEMBLING A BANG, HEARD BY FLIGHT CREW FOUND COCKPIT ENTRY DOOR HEADER JAMB OUT OF ADJUSTMENT, ALLOWING THE HINGED UPPER CORNER OF HEADER TO BUTT UP TO HINGE COVER. ADJUSTED HEADER JAMB, DOOR OPERATIONS NORMAL.
