FWD GALLEY OVEN 204 STARTED TO SMOKE WHEN TURNED ON. FLIGHT ATTENDANT SAID THERE IS SOMETHING STUCK IN HEATING ELEMENT. SOURCE IDENTIFIED AS FOOD IN OVEN 204. COMPLIED WITH AMM 05-51-26 AND REPLACED OVEN 204 WITH NO OTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME.
