OFAR FLASHLIGHT FAILED OPS TEST (RED LED OBSERVED). FLASHLIGHT TURNS OFF AUTOMATICALLY WITHIN 03 SECONDS FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PACK INOP. FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PACK REPLACED AT THE OFAR. INSTALLATION CHK AND OPS TEST CARRIED OUT, FOUND SATISFACTORY. IAW AMM B787-A-25-64-00-00B-921A-A.
