OPS FLAPS WITH PRIMARY CONTROL TO CONFIRM CORRECT FLAP OPS. NO BINDING OR DEFECTS OF TE FLAPS NOTED AT THIS TIME. PER FIM, MSG 27-52259 WAS INTERMITTENT. ACFT OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
