ROW 3 ABC EXIT LIGHT DETACHED ITEM PLACED ON MEI. THIS IS THE FWD SEAT LIGHT AT 3B. THE AFT SEAT LIGHT FUNCTIONS NORMALLY. ALL OTHER EMERGENCY LIGHT FUNCTIONS ARE NORMAL. CAP IS MISSING TAPED OVER LIGHT ASSY. POSES NO DANGER TO PASSENGERS OR CREW. TOMC OK ITEM PLACED ON MEL. THESE ARE ALL WHITE LIGHTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW 33-51-11 OPS CKD GOOD.
