FOUND AFT GALLEY NR 3 OVEN EXCESSIVELY OVERHEATED WITH THERMAL IMAGING. REMOVED OVEN TO INSPECT ELECTRICAL CONNENCTION AND FOUND NO DAMGE OR BURNING. PLACARDED AFT GALLEY NR 3 OVEN. CB PULLED MEL APPLIED PLACED ON NEF. PULLED AND COLLARED CIRCUIT BREAKER. BOTH OVEN AND CONTROLLER NEED REPLACED.
