MID GALLEY OVEN HAD A BURNING ODOR DURING USE. DEBRIEFED CREW AND WAS INFORMED THAT ODOR ONLY OCCURED DURING OVEN USE. OVEN DEACTIVATED AND PLACARDED MID GALLEY OVEN INOP PER NEF 2520P. R & R G21 OVEN IAW AMM 25-34-00-000-801. OPS CHECK OK. NEF REVERSED.
