AFTER LIGHTNING STRIKE, BURNING ODOR THROUGH OUT FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN. LASTED 8-10 MINUTES. RAN BOTH ENGS. NO FUMES OR SMOKE IDENTIFIED. ALL SYSTEMS NORMAL, NO MAINT MESSAGES OR FAULTS. CYCLED GALLEY OVENS AND COFFEE MAKERS ALL NORMAL IAW AMM 05-51-10-200-C-1.
