ACCOMPLISHED REPAIR AT VERTICAL STABILIZER UPPER FUSELAGE LH CLOSURE ANGLE IAW AAR ESR-WI 5-15207, ECRA 5380-01447, SRM 51-40-02 AND DWG 148A8310. NO DIPS REQUIRED.
