CORROSION ON THE TEE FITTING, BS 947, RBL 36, FWD OF R2 DOOR. REMOVED DAMAGE, HFEC OPEN HOLES & CUT AREA,NO DEFECTS NOTED. ROTO PEENED, FABRICATED & LOCATED REPAIR PARTS, INSTALLED AND RESTORED COATINGS IAW SRM 53-70-51-2R-5, AND DWG 147A5650. THIS IS A CAT 'A' REPAIR. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
