DURING AIRCRAFT INTERIOR INSPECTION, FOUND EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS FROM ROW 32 TO ROW 41 INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED LIGHT TEST OF BATTERY PACKS M737 AND M736 AND FOUND THEM NOT TURNING ON, R & R BOTH BATTERY PACKS IAW AMM 33-51-07. OPS CHECKED OK.
