What was found

EMERGENCY LIGHT AT SEAT 38C INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE LAMPS, NO HELP. ALL OTHER EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTS WORKS, ONLY LIGHT 38C INOPERATIVE. MEL 3319E APPROVED, COMPLIED WITH MEL. VERIFIED SEAT TRACK HARNESS HAS DAMAGED WIRES NEAR FLOORBOARD CONNECTION. COULD NOT LOCATE DAMGED WIRE. BROKEN HARNESS REPLACED, OPS CHKD LIGHTS, WORKS NORMAL
