LIGHT OVER FWD RT EMERGENCY OVERWING EXIT WAS ILLUMINATED & FLASHING RED IN FLT. LIGHT IS NOW COMPLETELY OUT ON GROUND. EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN WORKS NORMAL, UPPER DOOR BULB IS INOPERATIVE. R & R OVERWING EXIT LAMP. OPS CHKD GOOD. REF AMM 33-21-00-960-806.
