GALLEY OVEN 423 BEGAN SMOKING AFTER USE. FA TURNED OFF AND REMAINED UNUSED. CIRCUIT BREAKER COLLARED & OVEN DEACTIVATED. STICKER APPLIED. CLEANED AND RESET OVEN 423, WHEN OPERATING OVEN AN ODOR WAS NOTICED. WHEN OVEN OFF, ODOR GONE. PERFORMED SMOKE/ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK/CABIN CONDITIONAL INSPECTION IAW AMM 05-51-26-800-801-C1. NO EVIDENCE OF BURNING OR ARCING.
