FA REPORTS L4 DOOR SLIDE COVER DAMAGED. SLIDE BUSTLE TAPE INTERIM REPAIR, PERFORMED INSPECTION ON INTERIM REPAIR IN REF WITH ECRA 2560-03395 PART 2, NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES FOUND AND REPAIR STILL INTACT. REMOVED AND REPLACED 4L DOOR SLIDE COVER IAW AMM 25-66-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
