GALLEY WARMING OVEN SMOKING OR SPARKING IN THE AFT GALLEY. SMOKE AFTER APPROX 5 MIN DEBRIEFED CREW AND CREW STATED WHILE COOKING MEALS AT NR 3 OVEN OF AFT GALLEY, OVEN STARTED SMOKING. DID NOT SMELL LIKE ELECTRICAL SMOKE. SUSPECT FOOD BURNING CAUSED SMOKE. OVEN WAS DIRTY. OVEN INOP COMPLY WITH CB PULLED.AFT GALLEY OVEN INOP OVEN 3 AFT GALLEY INOP CB PULLED REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN 3 AFT GALLEY IAW IAW AMM 25-34-00 -000-801-C3, 25-34-00-400-801-C3, OPS CHKD GOOD.
