INSPECTION FOUND A 1 INCH CRACK AT UPPER ATTACH BRACKET OF R-1 DOOR WEB. THE BRACKET WAS REMOVED AND A NEW BRACKET WAS FABRICATED AND INSTALLED IAW SRM 51-40-3.
