INSPECTION FOUND A 1.6 CRACK IN LEFT FLAP O/B ACTUATOR AFT HINGE FITTING. THE LEFT FLAP O/B ACTUATOR AFT HINGE FITTING WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW OHM 27-50-01, PAGE 505.
