What was found

DURING CLIMB THE CREW REPORTED AN E1 ANTI-ICE FAIL MESSAGE AND THE E1 ANTI-ICE CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD TRIPPED. THE FLIGHT DIVERTED TO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE VALVE THEN OPERATED NORMALLY.
