What was found
DURING INSPECTION, THE FORWARD MAIN ENTRY DOOR EXIT SIGN WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NUMBER 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER. OPERATIONAL CHECK WERE GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
