FLT 7826, ENROUTE FCA-GTF AIR TURNBACK/DISCREPANCY: ON CLIMB OUT, THE #1 DC GENERATOR FAULTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO FCA. LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND REPLACED THE #1 DC GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT.
