What was found
PROPELLER ASSEMBLY WAS ORIGINALLY REMOVED FOR ENGINE RELATED MAINTENANCE. ONCE REMOVED, THE ACTUATOR PITCHLOCK SCREW FEATHER STOP TAB WAS FOUND TO BE DISPLACED APPROXIMATELY .125 INCH. PITCHLOCK SCREW WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE AND RETURNED TO MANUFACTURER.
