What was found
AN EXTERNAL ENGINE INSPECTION WAS ACCOMPLISHED. CRACKS WERE FOUND EXTENDING OUT FROM EACH OF THE ATTACH HOLES, 3 EA, ON THE LPC ROTATING NOSE CONE FAIRING. THE NOSE CONE FAIRING WAS REPLACED.
