What was found

AFTER TAKEOFF, APPROACHING 5000 MSL, LOST OIL PRESSURE AND RIGHT ENGINE HAD SEVERE VIBRATIONS, LOSS OF RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. VIBRATIONS STILL PRESENT ON WINDMILLING ENGINE. RETURNED FOR SINGLE ENGINE LANDING. NR 2 ENGINE WAS REPLACED.
