FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR. CIRCUIT BREAKER 1-12 AND 1-13, CARGO HEATER TRIPPED. ODOR DISSIPATED. FOUND ELEMENTS SHORTED ON THE HEATER DUCT. REMOVED AND REPLACED CARGO HEATER DUCT ASSEMBLY PER MM. OPERATION CHECKED GOOD.
