CORRECTIVE ACTION: PUT AIR/GND RELAY SYS. 2 IN AIR MODE. PLASTICKY SMELL PRESENT. FOUND 4L DOOR HEATER FOULED AND DIRTY. R/R 4L DOOR HEATER AS PER AMM 21-45.
