ALL FOUR UPPER OVER WING EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS HAVE INOPERATIVE LIGHTS. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY PACKS AT ROW 19EDC AND 20DC, IAW B717 AMM 33-51. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
