DUE TO TOILET IN LAV J 206 CONTINUALLY FLOWING AND NOT ABLE TO SHUTOFF WITH WATER VALVE CLOSED OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PULLED. FOUND WATER SHUTOFF VALVE STICKY. EXERCISED VALVE SEVERAL TIMES AND CONFIRMED VALVE CLOSED.
