SHIP 3721 -ATB/GEAR- DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO SEA DUE TO NOSE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MTC FOUND NLG DOWNLOCK PIN INSTALLED PREVENTING NLG RETRACTION. REMOVED AND STOWED GEAR PIN. AFTER INSPECTION, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
