DIVERTED TO DTW DUE TO CABIN PRESSURE EXCESS ECAM WARNING. FOUND OUTFLOW VALVE FAULTING ON CPC 1. REPLACED THE OUTFLOW VALVE (10HL). ALSO FOUND AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL DAMAGED, TORN, REPLACED THE SAME. (LP: 8465422)
