SHIP 3942 -ATB/IFSD- LEFT ENGINE FAILED DURING TAKEOFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LPT BLADES HEAVILY DAMAGED AND METAL IN THE TAILPIPE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE ASSEMBLY IAW JIC 7100-4423-LH. ALL OPS AND LEAK CHECK OK.
