LOOSE PART UNDER CAPTAIN SEAT GOT CAUGHT AT CRUISE AND SEAT STUCK IN FULL AFT POSITION, NOT SAFE FOR FLIGHT UNTIL FIXED. FOUND CABLE PULLEY AND BOLT DISCONNECTED & HARDWARE LOOSE, ALL PARTS INTACT . RESECURED MISSING HARDWARE IAW A220 AMP 25-11 , OPS CHECK GOOD NO BINDING, SEAT OPS NORMAL. A/C CAPT SEAT OK FOR SVC. (LP# 8035804)
