ATB- AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SEA DUE TO RIGHT ENGINE STATOR ANTI-ICE VALVE CLOSED FAULT. FLIGHT CANNOT CONTINUE DUE TO ICING. REPLACED #2 ENGINE EEC. REMOVED WATER FROM P30 SENSOR TUBE. CARRIED OUT ENGINE OPERATIONAL TEST. NO FAULTS. OK FOR SVC. (LP# 8423850, 8423851)
