FCNT/DE- DECLARED EMERGENCY AND PERFORMED GO-AROUND DUE TO FLAPS LOCKED AT 5 ON APPROACH. TESTED FSEU WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND OPS NORMAL. ALL FLAPS OPS GOOD. (LOG 8867276 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
