ATB/IFSD/DE- DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO CLE DUE RIGHT ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL. CREW DID SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN. FOUND METAL IN THE TAILPIPE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE IAW AMDS W/C 7100-4423-RH ON LOG PAGE 1596991. (LOG 8631510 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
