FCNT/DE- PERFORMED GO AROUND DUE TO TRAILING EDGE FLAP LOCKOUT ON APPROACH. PERFORMED BITE OF FSEU, INSPECTED WIRING AND FLAP TRANSMITTERS AND LUBRICATED FLAPS. NO TROUBLE FOUND AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. (LOG 8591156 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
